If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Section 5: No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Section 6: How We Share Your Information
We may share your personal information in the following circumstances: with healthcare providers involved in your care, as authorized by you or required by law; with service providers who assist with scheduling, billing, website hosting, and communications; with payment processors for billing purposes; with legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order; and to protect our rights, safety, and property.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

As a healthcare provider, Optimum Brain Neurofeedback Center is committed to protecting your Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Please be aware that standard SMS text messages are not encrypted and may not be a secure method of communication. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of text messages transmitted over wireless networks.
Our text messages will NEVER contain:
Diagnosis or clinical findings; treatment details or session results; clinical records or test results; medication information; billing details or account balances; or any other Protected Health Information.
